mvup is an Ethereum rollup with a virtual machine running the Move smart contract programming language. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's technical vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead the design and development of mvup’s infrastructure, to enhance efficiency and security. Utilize your deep understanding of cryptography to ensure the security of the protocol and the implementation of the right tools. Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing technical team. Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure the team's success and growth. Qualifications: A strong background in blockchain technology with a proven track record of working on rollup infrastructure and layer 2 scaling solutions. Deep understanding of cryptographic algorithms and security protocols. Extensive knowledge of the blockchain technology stack, including familiarity with major projects and their technology stacks. Experience in managing and leading technical teams, fostering a culture of growth, and driving technical excellence.
