Regional Manager - Metro New York - Craniomaxillofacial

Stryker seeks a Regional Manager for craniomaxillofacial sales in the New York metro area to lead sales representatives, develop talent, and drive revenue growth across the region. Field-based role requiring strategic planning and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, direct, and coordinate regional sales activities and sales representatives
- Interview, hire, train, and develop sales talent within the region
- Develop sales plans with Director of Sales to maximize regional opportunities
- Provide customer and representative support to drive service excellence
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals and performance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of sales or sales management experience
- MBA or MA preferred
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close profitable business
- Strong leadership, hiring, and team development skills
- Relationship-building and networking capabilities
