Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and assist in surgical procedures within trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic specializations.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures.
• Manage emergency situations with critical decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
• Maintain sterile techniques and environments during surgeries.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend shifts as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Epic charting system required.
• Previous experience in trauma level I preferred.
• Willingness to float between like units and accommodate flexible scheduling needs.
