Pediatric Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, family-centered care to children. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment while helping develop and expand pediatric Occupational Therapy services.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
- Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and visual-motor development.
- Establish treatment goals and monitor patient progress.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and oversight of OTAs as needed.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- New graduates with a strong interest in pediatric OT are encouraged to apply.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
