Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, family-centered care to children. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment while helping develop and expand pediatric Occupational Therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and visual-motor development.
• Establish treatment goals and monitor patient progress.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home-based strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide supervision and oversight of OTAs as needed.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• New graduates with a strong interest in pediatric OT are encouraged to apply.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
