Tool & Die Maker
Pay: $24–$27/hr DOE
Day Shift | Tulsa Area

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a growing manufacturing facility in the Tulsa area. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience troubleshooting and repairing tooling, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling and production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and precision measurements
• Operate manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses
• Diagnose tooling issues and make necessary adjustments to keep production running efficiently
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve tooling performance
• Ensure tooling meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous Tool & Die Maker or toolroom experience required
• Experience with metal stamping dies preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
• Knowledge of machining practices and tooling repair
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other measuring equipment
• Stable work history and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNC machining or programming experience is a plus
• EDM, grinding, or welding experience preferred
• Journeyman-level experience highly valued
