Small Business Administration Small Dollar Specialist Regions, a leading financial services company, is looking for a Small Dollar Specialist to serve as the lead bank contact for a book of Small Business Administration (SBA) industry clients. The role is based in Miami, FL and operates within Regions’ Commercial Banking business unit. Responsibilities focus on delivering credit and a broad range of product/service solutions across various markets through virtual meetings, telephone and email. Key Responsibilities Educate branch and small business associates on the benefits of SBA lending Create strategies to originate SBA loans with internal partners and in the marketplace for amounts $500,000 and less Present the company's loan capabilities and structure SBA loan proposals for Small Dollar programs Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of SBA policies, product knowledge, and financial analysis Serve as the central point of contact for bankers and clients regarding potential SBA opportunities Identify and develop relationship strategy for clients Coordinate with internal partners to fulfill client agreements Plan and execute quality client calls Manage transaction processes with support as required Compensation & Eligibility This full‑time position is incentive eligible and may qualify for overtime per the Fair Labor Standards Act. Pay ranges are job specific and are based on market data; the target compensation for this role is a minimum of $70,612.50 and a median of $89,218.50 per year.
