Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active, valid SLP license and certification required
• Experience or passion for serving Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School students
• Skilled at developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-age children
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to adapt therapy methods for diverse learning needs and grade levels
• Commitment to maintaining accurate, compliant documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language therapy to students from Pre-K through grade 12
• Design individualized treatment plans in coordination with educators and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and goal setting for each student
• Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to share strategies that advance student success
• Maintain timely records and thorough documentation consistent with school and state guidelines
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere that celebrates student growth and communication milestones
