• Pay: $20 – $23+/hour (based on experience)
• Shifts: 2nd & 3rd shift (Monday–Friday)
• Overtime: 50–60 hours/week available
• Training: Start on 1st shift, then move to off-shift

• Supply materials to keep high-speed production equipment running
• Support machine operators and production teams
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and product handling
• Move, tag, and track materials to reduce scrap and maintain quality
• Maintain a clean work area (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Entry-level friendly but manufacturing experience is a big plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs regularly
• Ability to read a tape measure/ruler (basic math skills)
• Strong attendance and reliability

• High-speed packaging, warehouse, or production work
• Experience with labeling or inspection processes
• Prior work in corrugated or manufacturing environments

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
