Remote Tax Manager - U.S. & Canada VAT/GST

Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Tax Manager to oversee U.S. sales and use tax compliance and Canadian GST/HST filings, coordinate compliance efforts, and support international VAT/GST reviews while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include preparing and filing U.S. and Canadian returns, reviewing VAT/GST filings from international jurisdictions, and assisting with corporate income tax compliance and planning as needed.
