On Call Caregiver

Starting Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $2 more per hour within 90 days through our career development program.

Schedule Requirements: Part-time, Evenings/Overnights/Every Other Weekend

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to help seniors remain independent at home
• Assist with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care
• Build positive connections with clients to support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• Offer transportation services to appointments as needed

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle, current insurance, and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliability, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent personal and professional references
• Desire to bring joy and support to older adults
• You must be available every other weekend
