PAY RATE: $23.00-24.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Coordinates core returns using pickup service and ensures compliance with commercial policy for property returns.

• Launches appropriate work orders and ensures all documentation is shared for core return processing.

• Identifies and clears Y4 anomalies upon reception from the customer.

• Manages and maintains metrics illustrating progress of core returns and Y4 anomalies.

• Maintains and updates databases including SAP, OPX, and PAARIS for accuracy and current status.

• Aids in problem solving and timeline specifications for transactions needing clarity.

• Supports projects improving accuracy of stock in different IT systems.

• Uses Microsoft Office including Excel (pivots, charts) for reporting and analysis.

• Supports initiatives to improve efficiency within and between departments.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• One to two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SAP for database management and transaction processing.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel with pivots and charts, PowerPoint).

• Experience coordinating shipments and managing logistics for core returns.

• Experience managing and maintaining metrics using spreadsheets and reporting tools.

• Experience with anomaly identification and resolution (Y4 anomalies).

• Ability to maintain accurate records in multiple IT systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills for transaction clarity and process improvement.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to work in an environment with occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals.
