Housing Specialist — HUD & ESSHI Programs

Liberty Resources is seeking a Housing Specialist to support HUD and ESSHI Programs across Onondaga and Madison counties, providing case management to help individuals, including those who are homeless or mentally ill, achieve stable housing and community integration.
