Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, answering inquiries, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process. Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Educate clients on coverage options such as health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance products while explaining complex concepts clearly. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance), and product knowledge to provide accurate advice. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and familiarity with health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for sales tracking and client management. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on client communication and relationship building. Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options.
