Fulfillment Specialist

Open to all experience levels- looking for someone who is comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily goals.

Pay: $17 an hour.
5 Days of Pto and Holidays are paid after 30 days of employment.
Hours: Monday through Friday (you get to choose)
6am to 2:30pm
or
7am to 3:30pm
Occasional Saturday overtime required during peak seasons (paid time and a half)
Minimum of two hours

Ability to work flexible hours based on volume and demand. Also, must be flexible to work in fulfillment, creating kits & on the lab side if needed.
Description
- Responsible for performing daily tasks such as labeling, assembling kits by hand, recording, maintaining records, copying, printing, and other similar duties utilizing appropriate computer programs. This job will mostly consist of labeling kits with patient information and ensuring the kit is correct before shipping out to the customer.
- Fulfilling mail orders and keeping up with productivity standards
- Pull the right product for the right customer in the box with the correct label
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA laws- will see addresses and phone numbers
- Manage, coordinate and fulfill customer orders (from Medicare & Medicaid services)
- Become a key resource to sales as the Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing
- Partner with other functions to resolve/escalate any issues preventing on-time order fulfillment.
- Track all orders via delivery software
- Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers
- Use scanning equipment to gather information about a package
- Create shipping labels for outgoing packages.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
