Maintenance Technician Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 3‑Day Schedule (Full‑Time, Differential Pay/Nights) About the Company National Vision is one of the largest optical retail companies in the United States with over 1,100 stores, operating several retail brands and an optical manufacturing facility. The company values training, hard work, and career growth. Shift Details Shift Schedule: FT 2nd shift, 3 days per week with 4 days off. Shift 2A: Sundays through Tuesdays (3:30 pm – 4:00 am) Shift 2B: Wednesdays through Fridays (3:30 pm – 4:00 am) Pay & Extras Competitive base pay (DOE) + 10% shift differential + bi‑weekly bonus opportunities. Generous PTO and a comprehensive benefits package are included. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment following maintenance checklists. Accept and resolve work orders to minimize production downtime. Service and maintain edgers, generators, and blockers. Identify issues and perform repairs. Assist with installations, fabrications, and servicing of additional lab equipment and systems. Follow all safety measures, lock‑out/tag‑out procedures, and use PPE when required. Qualifications No specific education required. 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (electro/mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulics, servo drives, HVAC, etc.).
