We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality occupational therapy evaluations, treatments, and care plans that promote resident recovery and independence
Develop individualized therapy goals focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence
Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with state and facility guidelines
Document progress, outcomes, and care plans accurately and timely
Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and Social Services to ensure comprehensive care
Educate residents, families, and staff on adaptive equipment, safety, and restorative techniques
Contribute to a positive, supportive, resident-centered therapy environment

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Ohio
Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric care preferred
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Ability to manage caseload and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team
Dependable, organized, and committed to excellent care

Position Details

Full-Time position with a Day Shift schedule
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation environment
