Human Resource Generalist

Axiom Staffing Group is looking for a short‑term Human Resource Generalist to support recruiting and core HR administrative functions. The position may be extended based on business needs. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Communicate with applicants regarding job openings, interview scheduling, and hiring status. Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and hiring records. Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date human resource files, records, and documentation. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records. Perform periodic audits of HR files to ensure required documentation is collected and properly filed. Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes; escalates complex matters to senior HR staff as appropriate. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous recruiting or HR support experience required. Microsoft Office experience required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
