We offer a professional work environment and a rewarding career path within the automotive industry.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive compensation (details to be provided during the interview)Job Type: Full TimeLocation: Irmo, SC (in- person)ResponsibilitiesEnter and review data including invoices, vouchers, and payment requestsResolve account-related issues and discrepanciesBalance statements and finalize accounting dataProcess accounts payable invoices and payment requests, issue reimbursement checksMatch checks to corresponding invoices and payment requests after check runsEnter, post, and reconcile batch transactions; research and resolve accounts payable issues with vendorsPrepare accounts for payments and verify data accuracy within the systemMaintain organized filing of accounting documentsServe as cashier when necessaryProvide backup receptionist support during breaksBreak down and cost automotive dealsHandle daily depositsPost accounts payable and receivable transactionsBill deals, vehicle swaps, and wholesales accordinglyAdditional InformationThis position requires a professional appearance and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Job Requirement:High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working at an automotive dealership is preferredAbility to balance and manage a high volume of accounts accuratelyStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational and multitasking skillsQuick learner who adapts well to change and can thrive in a demanding work environmentAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a teamProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong written and verbal communication skillsAuthorization to work in the United StatesAbility to pass pre-employment screening including background check, motor vehicle record check, and valid driver’s license verification
