Pollo Cabana Inc is looking for a friendly and energetic Bilingual Cashier (English/Spanish) to join our team in Greenbelt, MD! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring a welcoming dining experience
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments at the point of sale (POS)
• Take customer orders efficiently and relay them to kitchen staff
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house and cashier station
• Assist with restocking supplies, condiments, and front-line inventory as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment during peak hours

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
• Previous cashier, food service, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays is a plus
