Maintenance Technician - HVAC

Job Title

Perform routine and semi-skilled HVAC maintenance work while assisting skilled employees with routine maintenance and repairs. Assists with routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment to help keep systems operating properly.

Job Summary

Assists skilled HVAC employees with routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems Performs basic tasks such as changing filters, cleaning equipment, lubricating components, and maintaining work areas Assists with the installation, removal, and replacement of basic HVAC components and equipment under supervision Uses basic hand and power tools to support HVAC maintenance and repair activities Reports equipment issues, unusual conditions, and needed repairs to higher- level HVAC employees or supervisors

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Required Experience Two (2) or more years related work experience

Proposed Salary

$17.13 - $20.96 per hour This is an exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
