We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team in La Vernia, Texas. No manufacturing experience is required—we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities May Include: Shearing, breaking, fabricating, forming, punching, and notching sheet metal Operating machinery and manufacturing equipment Powder coating Welding, cutting, and torching Operating a forklift Building crates Using hand and power tools Measuring materials and components using a tape measure Assisting with other manufacturing and shop duties as needed Requirements: No previous manufacturing experience required Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for daily work Ability to lift and move panels weighing approximately 50–70 pounds Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Ability to work effectively as part of a team Employer-paid health insurance Employer-paid vision insurance Employer-paid life insurance 401(k) Employer 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Paid time off Schedule: 4-day workweek – Monday through Thursday 10-hour shifts Day shift 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour, with higher starting pay available based on relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grove Gallery & Interiors
