Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description The Restaurant Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations and leading a medium team of 6 to 15 staff members. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Regional Manager, this position primarily oversees night shift activities to ensure efficient service, high customer satisfaction, and smooth restaurant function. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with managing restaurant operations during the night shift Supervise and lead a team of 6 to 15 employees Ensure excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed Create and manage staff schedules to optimize coverage Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company policies Operate and manage Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately Resolve conflicts among staff and handle employee performance issues Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in restaurant management High school diploma or equivalent Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service abilities Proficient in inventory management and scheduling Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems Understanding of food safety regulations Effective communication and time management skills Company Description DQ Grill & Chill Richboro.
