This role involves working within a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, focusing on providing exceptional care to neonatal patients. Applicants should have a strong background in Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Manage care for infants with conditions such as Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Congenital Heart Defects, and Seizures
• Handle critical care tasks including ventilator and trach management, and vasoactive drip titration
• Assist with bedside procedures and manage feeding tubes, chest tubes, and intravenous lines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including unit secretaries, charge nurses, and intensivists
• Participate in shift handovers and contribute to patient care plans

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Active RN license with BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Level 3 or Level 4 NICU
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
• Comfortable working in high acuity environments
