Construction Project Manager
CTA Construction Managers is an award-winning, ENR Top 100 Green Contractor delivering complex, large-scale, LEED-certified projects across Massachusetts. We build challenging projects — and we’re looking for proven leaders to run them.

This is a true leadership role. You will own the financial performance, schedule, risk management, and client relationships for $30M+ projects from buyout through closeout. We are not looking for coordinators — we are looking for accountable builders who drive results.

What You’ll Do

Lead project teams and hold all stakeholders accountable
Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall P/L performance
Oversee buyout, contracts, change orders, and procurement
Drive schedule development and execution
Maintain strong owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships
Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate

What You Bring

5+ years leading commercial construction projects
Experience managing $30M+ ground-up or complex renovations
Strong financial acumen and cost control discipline
Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction documents
Public/municipal project experience preferred
BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
