Lead - Phlebotomist

Job Summary Position: Phlebotomy Technician – Front Line (Full‑time, First Shift) We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our Phlebotomy Supervisor and provide exceptional patient care across multiple sites. Responsibilities Support the Phlebotomy Supervisor with departmental goals, training, and staff monitoring. Travel to various phlebotomy worksite locations as needed. Provide patient care and customer‑focused service. Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages. Collect and prepare non‑blood specimens. Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. Champion safety, compliance, and quality control measures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record for the past three years. Previous phlebotomy training or experience. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Basic computer and data entry skills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
