Server

We are a hospitality-driven restaurant focused on seasonal food, thoughtful service, and an evolving natural wine program. We’re looking for a server who is genuinely excited about wine, hospitality, and creating a warm, informed guest experience.

• Guide guests through food and wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm
• Explain natural wine styles, producers, regions, and winemaking approaches in an approachable way
• Maintain deep familiarity with the wine list, rotating bottles, and by-the-glass offerings
• Deliver attentive, polished, and personable service
• Collaborate closely with the bar, kitchen, and management teams
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintaining dining room standards
• Help cultivate a welcoming, energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant with a strong beverage or wine program preferred
• Knowledge of natural wine, low-intervention producers, and classic wine regions
• Ability to describe wine in a guest-friendly, non-pretentious way
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in hospitality, food culture, and continuous learning
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

You’re curious, hospitality-focused, and comfortable talking about wine with both beginners and enthusiasts. You understand that great service is about reading the table, building trust, and creating memorable experiences — not just reciting tasting notes.

• Sommelier certification or formal wine education
• Experience with small producer or biodynamic wine programs
• Familiarity with POS systems and high-volume service
• Bartending or wine service experience
