This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on property management professional with strong knowledge of commercial real estate operations, tenant relations, financial management, and vendor coordination.ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations and management of a portfolio of commercial propertiesServe as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, maintenance requests, and lease-related mattersCoordinate building maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and vendor relationshipsManage vendor contracts, service agreements, insurance requirements, and building compliancePrepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and expense reconciliationsReview property financials, operating expenses, rent collections, and variance reportsCoordinate tenant improvements, inspections, and property projectsMaintain strong relationships with tenants, ownership, vendors, and internal teamsEnsure properties are maintained to a high standard and operate in accordance with applicable regulations and company policiesAssist with lease administration, renewals, CAM reconciliations, and other property-related documentation
