As a Scaffold Helper, you'll work alongside experienced scaffold professionals to safely build, dismantle, and move scaffolding equipment at commercial and industrial job sites.

• Load and unload scaffolding materials and equipment from trucks
• Transport materials throughout job sites and designated work areas
• Assist with scaffold erection and dismantling activities
• Climb ladders and work safely at elevated heights using Cal/OSHA-approved fall protection
• Pass equipment vertically and support scaffold crews during installation
• Maintain strong communication with crew members to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ventura, CA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
