Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist Floater to support our client's healthcare team in Berwyn Heights MD 2074.

Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm rotating Saturdays 7am-11:30am Location: Berwyn Heights MD 2074 Job Type: contract Contract Length: 2-3 months Pay rate: $26.35 -28.24/hr Duties:

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor's offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Experience: 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections). 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred). Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred). Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).

Requirements: Education: High school Diploma License(s): NA Certification(s): certification preferred Years of experience: 1-3 years Skills/Specialties/Technology: Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
