Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead a multidisciplinary therapy team in a long-term care setting. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee daily therapy operations, support clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality patient care while collaborating with facility leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology staff.
• Oversee rehabilitation program operations and clinical quality initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Monitor documentation, chart audits, and therapy program standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Assist with program development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, patient-centered rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) .
• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience required.
• Active Missouri (MO) license or compact state license required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional Information:

• 13-week contract assignment.
• Day shift with no weekends or on-call .
• Guaranteed 35 hours per week .
