Sales Development Manager – IT & Software Services Part-Time/Full-Time | New York City, NY (Remote) Base + Commission

As our Sales Development Manager you will own outreach, build relationships, and create the pipeline that fuels our growth. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with a direct line to senior leadership and a clear path to a senior sales position.ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are growing and looking for sales professionals who can open doors in financial services and tech.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prospect and qualify new leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking events, and referrals across the NYC fintech and business community Build and manage a healthy sales funnel for software development, cybersecurity and technology consulting services Regularly attend NYC-area industry meetups, tech events, and startup gatherings to expand your network and generate organic pipeline Craft compelling outreach messages and follow-up sequences tailored to decision-makers at startups, agencies, and mid-market companies Develop an understanding of our service offerings (custom software development, web/mobile apps, IT consulting) to speak credibly with technical and non-technical buyers Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with complementary businesses (agencies, VCs, accelerators) Track all activity in CRM and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progress weeklyWHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree (any field — business, communications, computer science, or related is a plus) 1–2 years of any sales, business development, or client-facing experience — B2B tech or services experience is a bonus, not a requirement Basic familiarity with software development concepts (you know the difference between a website, an app, and an API, and you're not afraid to learn more) Naturally energetic, personable, and persistent — you follow up, you show up, and you don't take no as a final answer Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to business owners and executives Self-starter who thrives without a rigid script and can navigate ambiguity NYC-based or willing to work in-person in New York City — this city is your territory.NICE TO HAVE
Existing network in the NYC startup, tech, or agency ecosystem Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot Exposure to IT staffing, SaaS, or software development services sales Active on LinkedIn with some presence in professional communities – ideally investing or fintech.WHAT WE OFFER
