Unloads Operations Lead (A4, 3rd Shift)

Position Summary Import Operations Team lead - is responsible to multi-task and direct multiple employees. Communicate effectively with customs. Duties and Responsibilities Process inbound and outbound freight shipments for U.S. Customs clearance. Screen and review shipments to ensure compliance with OFAC and all applicable government regulations. Accurately enter and maintain data for all OFAC-related shipments. Communicate shipment status updates and delays with DHL origin and destination stations. Review invoices, shipping documents, and shipment contents for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the ITAC team to support compliance efforts and resolve shipment issues. Conduct research and gather necessary information to facilitate timely shipment clearance. Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in a fast-paced operational environment. Minimum Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience Strong understanding of operations and customs processes. Skills Proficient in computer operations and data entry systems. Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and climbing stairs/ladders. Flexibility to work PM shifts and adapt to operational requirements. Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions.
