The Opportunity:

Accurately fulfill and label patient orders, manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain smooth operations and high-quality patient care. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Fulfilling Orders: Accurately fulfilling patient orders, ensuring all details are correct after the final pharmacist check. 
• Product Handling: Efficiently pull the correct products based on drug name and NDC, and label them according to manufacturer and state/federal requirements. 
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in filling prescriptions and managing inventory to avoid errors that could impact patient health. 
• Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks efficiently. 
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal procedures. 
• Team Collaboration: Working effectively with other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders. 
• Hazardous Materials Handling: Handle hazardous materials/products in accordance with USP 800 guidelines. 
• Work Prioritization: Prioritize and organize work to meet agreed-upon deadlines. 
• Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate drug inventory counts through effective inventory control practices. 
• Assist with all other reasonable duties as assigned by management, which may include but are not limited to shipping, packaging, and other pharmacy technician related tasks.

  What You'll Bring:

• Has been a contingent worker at Neovance for 6 months or longer.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required. 
• Valid Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician license for the state in which you are operating is required. 
• Proficiency in using email programs, instant messaging communications, and all Microsoft Office programs required 
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, adaptability and flexibility, and efficient typing skills.
• Experience using EPS, CareTend, or other pharmacy processing systems. 
• Capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously. 
• Demonstrates a moderate level of knowledge and skills within their specific function. 

 

Physical Demands / Work Environment  

• Able to sit, stand, and use computer screens for extended periods. 
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds as needed. 
• High-volume work environment requiring sustained attention to detail and multitasking. 
• May require occasional flexibility in work hours to support operational needs and patient service demands
