Key Qualifications:

• Active MN BCBA license required
• Previous experience in schools as a School Psychologist or BCBA strongly preferred
• In-depth understanding of IEP processes, behavioral plans, and psychoeducational assessment
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary school teams
• Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to individual student needs
• Familiarity with state and district standards for behavior analysis in an educational context

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions
• Deliver direct student services and provide crisis management support when necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer expert recommendations for student programming
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Support professional development by guiding and training school personnel in behavior management strategies

This contract, onsite position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, aligned with the academic calendar.
