Major Duties Focus on resolving complex transactions requiring interpretation of policies, guidelines, and/or processes. Own one or more processes, reports, or procedures. Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact. Interact directly with committees and senior management. Serve as a subject‑matter expert and mentor for junior employees. Deliver work products that require minimal revision. Facilitate discussions and help reach decisions. Key Knowledge & Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills. Functional and industry knowledge. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Technical proficiency in the area of expertise and broader knowledge of related areas. Experience & Education A college or university degree and/or relevant work experience is preferred. Related industry qualification or education toward it is also preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship.
