Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 24 months PT experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: Home health experience preferred. No hits on state license to practice. Driver's license to verify residency.

Description: Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. No requests for time off during the first week of assignment. Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible the candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured. It is essential that all candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept. Candidates must provide a resume detailing all facilities and departments worked, along with relevant experience. A PT skills checklist must be completed in the last 12 months. Active license to practice must be verified within the last 30 days. Travel experience is highly preferred. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
