Ponte Family Estate Winery opened in 2003 and is a California based company operating in the heart of the Temecula Wine Country. We have been farming our vineyards since 1984 and are a real working winery, growing and producing over 20 estate grown varietals within certified sustainable facilities.

We are located right next to our Four Diamond, 90 room, boutique hotel Ponte Vineyard Inn. We are surrounded by 300 acres of mature vineyards and views of rolling hills. We are a short drive from most of Southern California and enjoy hosting folks who want a break from city life. Our guests visit us seeking a relaxing day or overnight stay in the country.

Summary :


The Warehouse Worker is responsible for incoming and outgoing packages for all departments at Ponte Winery, Bottaia Winery, and Ponte Vineyard Inn. This includes the physical inventory, monthly cycle count and movement of all wine cases, within the onsite and offsite storage facilities as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.

• Monday-Friday
• 9:00am-5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all company service standards, values and shipping standard operating procedures are followed at all times while packing out and receiving shipments.
• Receive, check for damages and accuracy of each incoming delivery.
• Record all incoming deliveries on receiving log and disperse them to departments.
• Pack Wine Club, Online Store, Tasting Room daily shipping orders.
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are packed and shipped out with accuracy.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with returned shipments.
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with Ponte and Bottaia Wine Club Pack-outs.
• Ensure Ponte and Bottaia Tasting Rooms are stocked with Will-call boxes.
• Cleanliness and organization of the Warehouse 102, 103, yard, and dock.
• Pallet movement using a forklift, a manual or electric pallet jack.
• Ensure each department is stocked with wine cases as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.
• Understand and adhere to environmental and sustainable standards set by the wineries.
• Assist Winemaking with bottling when needed.
• Make a bale when baler is full.
• Perform all other duties as necessary and assigned by Warehouse Supervisor.
• Processing of returns, conducting inventory and processing requisition forms as directed by your Manager

• Ability to work both outdoor and indoor in a climate-controlled warehouse.
• Minimum of one year of warehouse, shipping and receiving experience
