Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Atlantic City, NJ at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred. Previous experience managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work with geriatric populations and common SNF diagnoses preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Assignment Length: 15 weeks. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
