Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ultra Care, you will serve a diverse population of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your role will involve providing culturally competent care that respects and understands each client’s unique context.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent is essential.

• Minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong track record in client engagement and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
