We are seeking a skilled, clinically confident General Dentist with preferably over 2 years of Dental experience to join our busy independent office as an independent contractor (1099). If you are looking for complete clinical autonomy, zero corporate bureaucracy ( we are not a DSO or a group practice ) , and a steady patient schedule, this position is ideal. Because this is an Independent Contractor , we offer a highly competitive percentage-of-collection pay structure with an established, loyal patient pool, giving you maximum control over your schedule and earning capacity. Compensation & Schedule Earnings: Percentage of net collections Status: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: Monday – Friday (we can discuss the schedule flexibility) Location: Chalfont, PA (18914) What We Provide Immediate Volume: An active, easy to fill patient schedule Full Support Staff: Experienced dental assistants and a front desk team to handle billing, scheduling, and marketing. Modern Facility: Digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, and CEREC and Invisalign. Clinical Freedom: Complete control over your treatment planning, pacing, and materials. Requirements Experience: Preferably 2 years of active clinical experience post-graduation or residency Licensure: Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania State Dental License. Certifications: Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification. Insurance: Active professional liability/malpractice insurance policy. Skillset: Proficient in standard restorative care, crowns, bridges. Simple/surgical extractions, and basic endodontics and Invisalign experience would be a plus, but not required.
