Rate Info:
$55/hr on W-2 without benefits OR
For H1B Transfer: $110K/Year without benefits

Description:
• AEM Setup and Configuration:
o Assist with installation, configuration and customization of AEM Forms in the development, testing, and production environments.
o Optimize AEM environments for performance and scalability.
• Template and Component Development:
o Design and develop AEM templates, components, and dialogs using best practices.
o Customize and extend AEM workflows to meet business requirements.
• Production Deployment:
o Manage code deployments and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
o Monitor production environments and address any issues promptly.
• Environment Management:
o Maintain and update environments as needed to support upgrades, new features and improvements.
• Collaboration and Training:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and content authors.
o Provide training and support to team members on AEM functionalities and best practices.



Required Skills
• Experience:
o Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Forms.
o Proven track record of setting up AEM environments, deploying to production and supporting upgrades.
o Proven track record of developing complex document templates using XML and setting up document batch processes.
o Integration of real time document generation services with existing Java based applications and with Salesforce using Connect App.



Technical Skills:
o Proficient in AEM 6.x versions.
o Strong understanding of AEM Forms architecture, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
o Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, J2EE and modern front-end frameworks.
o Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Subversion, SharePoint.

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
