Located on Central Avenue (the iconic U.S. Route 66) in Downtown Albuquerque, ARRIVE Albuquerque is a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub. Originally built in 1965 and opened as Downtowner Motor Inn, this 137-room boutique hotel is bright and comfortable, with a modern southwestern-inspired charm. This easy-going home away from home includes beds outfitted in Bellino Fine Linens, Salt & Stone bath amenities, Bluetooth speakers, plush robes, and so much more. After checking in at the front desk, our guests can grab a bite at DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge, a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food. Our seasonal poolside paradise serves tropical drinks and light bites to enjoy in the sunshine.

The Task At Hand

The Night Audit Agent keeps ARRIVE Albuquerque running smoothly after hours welcoming late-night arrivals, closing out the day's business, and making sure every department starts the next morning on solid footing. You'll be the calm, capable presence guests and colleagues count on overnight.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests overnight, leading check-in/check-out, billing, and settling folios.
• Field phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries, proactively resolving needs to keep guests happy.
• Accurately input guest information and payments into hotel systems such as Opera.
• Communicate guest requests or concerns to the Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping, or Engineering, and conduct walkthroughs for safety, security, and cleanliness.
• Reconcile and complete all daily front desk tasks, balance room posts, and close out the day's business.
• Run accounts receivable and next-day reports for the hotel.
• Investigate and document safety issues or incidents that occur during the shift, recommending steps to prevent recurrence.
• Communicate any significant guest complaints or issues to the General Manager or Supervisor.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and represent the hotel with trusty service throughout the overnight shift.
• Lend a hand to other departments as needed to keep the hotel running smoothly overnight.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 1 year related experience with front desk or night audit in a hotel setting preferred.
• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic, accounting reports, and property management/point-of-sale systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Good judgment, calm under pressure, and able to work independently with minimal supervision overnight.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

Physical

• Ability to stand for long periods and push, pull, or lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
