Pega Business Analyst 2

Responsibilities A Business Analyst role focused on leading client meetings, gathering and documenting user requirements, and managing user stories in JIRA. This position partners closely with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint planning, and oversee testing activities. Responsibilities include performing functional testing, demoing completed user stories for client approval, and coordinating UAT planning and execution with end users. The role also supports deployment activities, prepares key project deliverables, and provides timely status updates to managers and client leads. Qualifications Pega Platform experience Atlassian JIRA experience Business Requirements Gathering experience User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills Eligibility Requirements U.S. Citizenship required Compensation The pay range for the United States locations of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and Cleveland is $70,500—$136,700 USD. The base pay varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
