Sr Alternative Delivery Roadway Engineer - (PE) Department: Transportation Employment Type: Full Time Location: Orlando, FL Description Are you a Transportation-focused Senior-Level Project Engineer who is experienced in Design-Build / Alternative Delivery pursuits? As a Senior Alternative Delivery Project Engineer, you will become part of a dedicated team that provides technical and production support in the development of Alternative Technical Concepts (ATCs), geometric design, and plans production for major Alternative Delivery (Design‑Build) projects and pursuits. This role can be based in Orlando or Tampa, FL with flexibility to work in the office or with a hybrid work schedule. This position is eligible for a sign‑on‑bonus starting at $10,000! Your Primary Responsibilities will include Perform engineering designs including geometric alignments, profiles, cross‑sections, construction, and Temporary Traffic Control details. Creation of engineering documents including Typical Section Packages, Pavement Design Reports, and Variation/Exception Reports. Perform advanced MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads processes using 3D modeling. Coordinate plans, calculations, and specifications amongst multi‑discipline engineering teams.
