Lead Management : Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients by showcasing the value of our products. Insurance Policy Design : Create customized insurance plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, ensuring they have the most suitable coverage. Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products and services that meet the comprehensive needs of clients. Relationship Development : Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Sales Goals: Consistently meet and aim to exceed sales targets and company expectations Requirements Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is a bonus. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus. Customer Service: Strong desire to meet and exceed client expectations with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Sales Skills: Ability to effectively promote insurance products, close sales and exceed monthly and annual sales goals Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying and addressing client insurance needs.
