Registered Nurse – Critical Care

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience, preferably within Level 1 or 2 trauma centers
• Experience with CTS and neuro patient populations
• Current RN licensure, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner)
• Flexibility to float to stepdown/PCU units and work every 3rd weekend
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• TNCC certification
• Previous experience in a nicotine-free facility
• Knowledge of trauma and advanced neuro care protocols

Preferred education and experience:

• Active RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience, ideally in a Level 1 or 2 trauma setting
• Experience with CTS and neuro patients is a plus

Other requirements:

• Willingness to work holidays, with 1 major and 1 minor holiday per year
• Ability to attend comprehensive orientation sessions including in-person and computer-based training
• Bi-weekly pay schedule with direct deposit
• Valid certifications and credentials due prior to start date
