Residential Field Junior Project Manager

What You’ll Do Assist Project Managers with coordinating residential pool construction projects Visit job sites throughout the Atlanta area to observe progress and support field operations Help schedule subcontractors and track project timelines Communicate updates to homeowners in a professional manner Maintain organized job documentation and progress photos Assist with permit coordination and inspections Identify potential issues and report them to senior leadership Support efforts to keep projects on schedule and within budget What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Problem‑solving mindset Willingness to work outdoors and visit job sites regularly Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience Requirements Construction experience is helpful but not required Project coordination experience is a plus but not required We are open to candidates coming from trades, customer service, military, or other hands‑on roles Benefits Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (as applicable) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Why Join Andy’s Pool Service?
