As an In-House Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.Where great benefits lead to a life fulfilled:Uncapped earning potential (wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, contests)Medical/Dental/Vision/401K opportunitiesTravel discountsCredit Union MembershipTuition ReimbursementProfessional Counseling & Family SupportGrowth and Development OpportunitiesAs an In-House Marketing Coordinator, a typical day will include:Make telemarketing calls to Owners.Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations.Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.Ensure that all Owners attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services.Guest Experience and Company Standards:Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.Contribute to team goals.Always follow company policies and safety procedures.To Become an In-House Coordinator:Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests by phone.Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
