Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout the order process, entering and processing orders accurately, coordinating delivery and freight logistics, and communicating with customers, carriers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, process, and maintain customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review orders for accuracy, including quantities, pricing, shipping information, delivery requirements, and customer details.
• Coordinate deliveries and freight shipments with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Bill of Lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation.
• Monitor orders from initial entry through shipment and delivery.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, delays, and other updates to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving questions, concerns, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, sales, and operations teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Track shipments and follow up with carriers regarding delivery status.
• Assist with resolving freight, delivery, and order discrepancies.
• Update customer and order information in the company’s ERP, order management, or customer service system.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and shipments.
• Escalate complex customer, delivery, or logistics issues to the appropriate department or manager.
• Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with established order processing and shipping requirements.
• Assist with other administrative and customer service duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, logistics, transportation, freight, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience with order entry and order processing.
• Familiarity with BOLs and shipping documentation strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, freight, or transportation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using an ERP, CRM, transportation management system, or order management system is preferred.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
