Behavior Technician- Center Home Based Services W. Springfield MA Daytime and Early Evening Hours Available |Full-Time & Part-Time
Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Behavior Technician (BT) at May Institute!
As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you'll provide one-on-one, evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills. You'll implement individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging behaviors. You'll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment.

- Data-Driven Insights: Data collection and analysis to track client progress and behavior, ensuring every step forward is celebrated.

- Team Synergy: Join forces with a dynamic team of BCBAs, therapists, and support staff, collaborating seamlessly to deliver consistent and impactful interventions.
What You'll Bring
- Valid U.S. driver's license: with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
- Experience: prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Communication Mastery: communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Player: Seamlessly transition between working independently and collaborating within a team, ensuring collective success.
